update!
about what's going on at trng.

hmmm.
john went overseas last wednesday, and came back yesterday
sets are still pretty okay.
the last 2 weeks or so were quite easy, but i think they're starting to get harder!
now that he's back. :/
and sat morn was slack, cuz uncle au yeong let us play soccer!
the dryland group.
so we just ran steps, then got divided into 3 teams, and took turns playing 1 goal matches.
winners continued on, losers had to leave and do a "penalty".
which was really just push-ups and sit ups with the medicine ball.
ha.

then when the rest came out of the gym they joined in too!
so there was some reshuffling of teams.
it was really fun since it's prob the first time everyone actually played :D
in the end we didn't even swim. hehe.
